The Best Manager We’ve Ever Had!

I’ve lived at Cumberland Pointe for almost six years now, and I can honestly say that under Lacia’s leadership, this community feels like a brand-new luxury rental again. She is hands-down the best apartment manager we have had during my entire time here.

From the moment you walk into the office, you can tell there’s been a positive shift. Lacia is professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents and the property. She has brought a level of energy and attention to detail that… was sorely needed. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, the common areas are always clean, and there’s a real sense of pride in the community that wasn’t there before.

It’s not just about fixing things, t’s about the overall atmosphere. Under her management, the entire property has that upscale, well-maintained feel you’d expect from a much more expensive place. The grounds are well-kept, the amenities are in great shape, and it’s clear she holds the entire team to a high standard.

If you’re looking for a place where the management truly cares and the community feels welcoming, Cumberland Pointe is the place to be. Thank you, Lacia, for all your hard work. It hasn’t gone unnoticed!

New Management making a difference!

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with the team at Cumberland Pointe. It is clear that the staff is truly attentive and genuinely focused on ensuring a high quality experience for their residents. A special shout-out to Lacia and Sarah; they make visiting the office a pleasure! They are incredibly welcoming, and it’s obvious that they prioritize their clients' happiness in everything they do. Very friendly & helpful staff

Scheduled a walk through tour with Sarah and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the grounds! The apartment was also clean and well taken care of but we ended up passing bc of our families budget. Lacia had a super positive and fun attitude even though we had to look at other options.
