Worse place I’ve ever lived
I’ve lived at Lavina Apartments for 9 months and I absolute hate it. This place is advertised as “luxury living,” but it’s anything but.
The walls are PAPER THIN!!! You can hear EVERY conversation, footstep, music, and TV show from your neighbors. I have not have ONE SINGLE DAY of peace since living here.
Packages are supposed to be delivered to a package room, but rarely get delivered correctly, and if they do, you rarely get a code, which is super inconvenient.
There’s no overhead lighting... .
My car was hit in the parking lot and I was told there’s no cameras.
The location is also terrible with nonstop construction nearby adds traffic issues.
And to top it all off, the complex FULL OF DOG POOP . There are no breed restrictions, tons of dogs, and many owners clearly don’t clean up after their pets. It constantly smells like poop when you’re walking around outside.
This place is the opposite of luxury. Between the lack of security, noise, poor maintenance, bad location, frustrating package system, and dog waste everywhere — I genuinely wouldn’t recommend Lavina Apartments to anyone.
