I enjoy my apartment, however, many of the promises that I was made after four tours, as I tried to decide if I wanted to give up my home, have not been true or followed through with. I’m not sure the reason but most of the younger people who live here don’t participate in any of the activities or the activities are not things that they would want to participate in, and it can be quite lonely. So there are things that I’m happy about and there are things that I’m quite unhappy with mostly... because I was told things during the tours that were not true. I’ve learned to go about my own business and make my friends outside of this building.

My wife and I have loved our first month living at Outlook Hamilton. The many
planned social events has made it very easy for us to transition into our new
lifestyle. The staff has been very kind and helpful in making this all possible.
