Customer service is a joke. We pay way too much for not being able to use our amenities or have any parking spaces. And they tried to have me pay more money on my deposit because “their system glitched”

Regarding the deposit concern, the miscommunication you may have experienced was discussed and explained by our manager during your visit to the... office. We understand that situations involving account balances and system-related issues can be confusing, and we appreciated the opportunity clarifying the matter with you. We would also like to note that our community amenities have undergone extensive renovations and have been fully reopened to residents since our Grand Reopening on May 29, 2026. We are excited to provide these newly renovated spaces and hope our residents are enjoying the improvements.

I’m happy with the new garbage disposal, kitchen ceiling light and Stove pans that have been installed. The job was done quickly, clean and the management team communicated with me throughout the process giving me updates.

Summit Pointe apartments are a well-maintained and enjoyable place to live and one of the nicer apartments that I've lived. I've been here for a little over three years, and it has been peaceful for the most part. The maintenance team is responsive and quick to handle any issues, which we really appreciate. The community itself is esthetically pleasing, especially the pond views. Our two-bedroom apartment is spacious, with large bedrooms and en suite bathrooms that add extra comfort and... convenience. Overall, it’s been a positive living experience and we’ve truly enjoyed our time here. I also want to add office management and staff have been great to work with...I know a lot of people complain about management and office staff but I have always found them approachable and helpful.
