Current resident

I have lived here for 2 years & have had no issues. The apartments are close to shopping & restaurants. Any time I have had to call maintenance, it has been a quick response. I have nothing bad to say. My neighbors are nice & quiet. I have had no issues with crime of any kind. I would recommend living here.

Best Hidden Spot in Noblesville!

I have lived there for a year and never had issues. People were nice and best apt complex for the right price. Highly recommend!

This place sucks and so does management and maintenance

Do not move here. Under new management and they blow. They raise rent almost every year with no upgrades to apartment or amenities. The only benefit of living here is a five day grace period when paying rent each month. If i couldve given a 0 i would have.
