A Great Place to Live

I live at The Ascent, and I have to say, Delaney is the best property manager I've ever worked with. She is incredibly responsive, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. The property itself is fantastic, with excellent amenities and a welcoming community. I highly recommend The Ascent!

Do not live here

When you hear who is on top all night long when trying to sleep and management tells you find another apt if it’s bothersome. ??

When you need to make 2 partial payments from 2 sources to pay rent and it isn’t possible and results in $550 late fee because you’re traveling and can’t get it done in one transaction

THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN!

These walls are REALLY REALLY THIN. I can hear my neighbor argue, I can hear them have conversations, I can hear them have sex and I can hear them SNORE... do you know how annoying it is when you can hear your neighbor snore but not be able to do anything about it... if you want peace and quiet you should hope that no one lives next to you if you decide to sign a lease here. For that reason I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone...I can not wait to move it is crazy how much they charge for... such crap quality when it comes to how this place was built I’ve never had a problem with management or maintenance but it really just irks me that I can hear my neighbors doing simple task if they are home... the free car vacuum, gym, pool, dog park and pet grooming place is really nice but not worth the peace of mind..

Horrible management

This was the worst apartment I lived in. The walls were extremely thin, so I heard everything my neighbors did. Management was rude and unhelpful. Multiple neighbors smoked in the building despite the lease prohibiting smoking anywhere on property. When this was brought to management, the best they could do was having someone come sniff around and confirm. I called for months before anything productive was done. Management would cut me off during conversations about these lease violations and... would complain about their personal life rather than address the community problems. When telling them where I would be moving, management had the audacity to tell me it would likely be worse due to location. Don’t be fooled by the initially welcoming management, look elsewhere!
