Horrible
Looks nothing like the pictures and nothing is maintained. If you need something fixed expect to wait up to a week. Will durasticly raise rent with every lease renewal. Worst property managment staff i've had in 10 years of renting!

Poor management, safety and health concerns
This location has had several major leaks in the ceiling of relatively new apartments that went months before they would fix it. Leaving that much water can lead to mold and is really dangerous to residents. There's evidence of water damage all over the building. Lots of shoddy construction all around.
You must pay extra every month to have consistent access to parking.
Elevator has gone out several times in the last year, 4 flights of stairs was fun.
Overall, for the premium price we pay,... we shouldn't have to deal with leaky roofs, no parking, and broken stuff.
