Lied about move out fees
After moving out I called 3 times to see when the move out inspection would be and they told me only the owners did the move out inspection even though you sign papers when moving in that you have the right to be there. Then they charged me for a brand new carpet and pet fee stating I had a pet when I did not. I sent proof of my child’s allergies and offered video proof but stated the fees still stands. They then lied and said maintenance seen a cat when in my apartment and I have never in my… life owned a cat. The carpet was brand new when I moved in and I left with no stains but they claim the odor alone is why carpet needed replaced of course something that can’t be proven. After posting on fb of anyone else had problems it seems as if this isn’t the first time. Seems like a good place until you move out and they lie and cheat you.
