My experience with Alpha Acres...

This is the biggest JOKE of ANY apartment, Townhome or Duplex I've EVER seen. I moved in an they said the Duplex had been cleaned. HA!! I cleaned it when I moved in. There were CONSTntly bugs an slugs INSIDE my Duplex an I had to BEG multiple times for them to get it sprayed. The back door threshold was rotten an I caulked it to keep the bugs an cold/hot air out.
I was evicted during the end of the plan-demic due to my losing my job. They were paid by the government and I had paid them some… after I got my unemployment. Yes I was still behind on rent. When I moved out I cleaned EVERYTHING and even shampooed the carpet, they charged me for so many things that were NOT wrong when I moved out. So please if you have another choice or option, I'd sure take it!!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE EVER!!

BTW, The ONLY reason they got 1 star is because I HAD to put a rating to leave my review!!
