Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a clean and peaceful place to live in Terre Haute!

The management here has always been exceptionally helpful and courteous anytime I’ve went to them with questions or concerns. I’ve had very few issues during the 4 years I’ve lived here that needed to be addressed by the maintenance team, but anytime I needed their help they always did their job in a timely and professional manner. It’s a very clean and peaceful place to live and I recommend The Village Quarter to anyone looking for a new apartment!

Great location and great staff

Fantastic location and an even better staff. The area feels safe and is perfectly positioned near parks, major highways, and interstates—making everything incredibly convenient. Plenty of food and shopping options just minutes away. The team here is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely awesome. Highly recommend!

LOVE THIS PLACE

The property itself is peaceful, nicely landscaped, and thoughtfully managed. It’s clear that the Village Quarter team works hard to create a welcoming environment, and it truly shows.
