Avery Glen Apartments

My partner and I loved living here in this apartment complex. We were looking for a spacious 2 bedroom with basic amenities that would save us money and it perfectly fit the bill. We lived on the top floor, which was extremely nice! The neighbors we had were all very respectful and I worked from the apartment without any issues concerning noise or power. The apartment is also MASSIVE. All of my friends with other apartments in Valpo would come over and say the exact same thing - this is a huge... space! If you’re looking for an apartment that will save you money and is a safe place to live, this is the perfect place to be. The management is also extremely kind and responsive. Any question I had would receive an email or call back within the same day or next. That management is very greedy and always think to ask money from tenant. You will be asking for nonsense after you moving out. They cant show any photos and evidence for asking money, but they want money from people.
Shameless management. The apartments are old and no renovation . When heavy rain, lots of water came into the room Then called the maintenance for emergency, they will come for 2 hrs, That is emergency for that apartment !!!!!!!!!!! Solve yourself if you are emergency. The next... day,the maintenance came and looked, then they give humidifier. Horrible!!!! Read More

Although not the nicest...or cheapest..they have the HUGE advantage of letting us keep our two dogs. Most around don't afford that same luxury.
