My experience at this apartment complex was disappointing. Management was often unresponsive and lacked organization, which came off as incompetence. Additionally, the units are quite outdated which does reflect the lower pricing. Overall, there are significant areas for improvement in management efficiency and property upkeep. Cheaper units with thin walls.

Great place to live !
This is a wonderful place to live, the common areas are always well kept and the staff are amazing and always so helpful. It is a very peaceful area , 10/10 would recommend!

Feels like resort living
We have loved our time here so far! Riley was great to work with and moved the approval and move-in process along very quickly! It’s very quiet, safe here. Beautiful complex. Excited to use the pool this summer!

Very nice
It’s very quiet here. Close to so many things, yet it feels like you’re in a neighborhood. The maintenance people are great and the manager does a great job. Nice pool, nice workout room, and usually free coffee and snacks in the office.

Wonderful community!!
PGO is a wonderful community to live in! So close to downtown Valpo but very peaceful and quiet. Maintenance is always attentive to our needs and taking care of the property and the office staff are so kind! We love going to community events like the Christmas party to get to know our neighbors, eat, and win prizes!
