My name is Joseph, and I'm looking for 2 housemates to... live with me. This is a room for rent, so it's like an apartment with a shared kitchen, or a hotel without the housekeeping (check out the amenities below). This is functionally the same as a sublet/sublease, where people typically sublease out a bedroom while they pay for the whole house.
This is the best house for student co-living in West Lafayette, hands down. You will not find another house, with all these amenities offered, that is this close to campus, and that isn't 60 years old and falling apart. If you do, let me know.

• 4B (Purdue West) direct bus line that goes both to campus and Walmart. I personally didn't need a car last year, as I got groceries from Walmart and commuted by electric scooter.
• Wide sidewalks all the way to both the west and north sides of campus, great for bikes and electric scooters. I used to get to class within 15 minutes by electric scooter.

The spacious, unfenced backyard offers direct access to the 4B bus stop; just leave out the back door to go campus or Walmart! One garage space in the 2-car garage is reserved for the Room 1 tenant.

• No smoking, vaping, or pets.
• Single occupancy only, meaning only one individual per room.
• I can do short-term leases (less than a semester), but I may have to charge more for rent since it increases turnover costs.
• I'm still waiting on the title company, so I will start showings, leases, and accepting security deposits/rent on July 29. You should still apply before the room is taken, of course!
