Don't Live Here

New management is making a bunch of changes that may turn out for the better, but for any that have to live through them it is hell. I found if I had stayed I would have had to deal with only a half-way done renovation that looked god awful as they decided to go from more warm colors to cool colors for the appliances, floor, paint, etc. I moved out and even with the renovation that made almost everything brand new, I didn't get my whole deposit back. Thankfully I got some but i had to pay to… clean the carpet when all of the floors were replaced to complete the renovation after I left. If I couldn't get all of my deposit back with a practically brand new apartment in the end, think of the deposit as gone and be happy with any you get back.

New management has ruined a perfectly good apartment complex

Before the new management, I would have and did highly recommend this apartment complex. Nice soundproof apartments for a reasonable price. That is no more. The new management has increased the rent by basically 100$ per month for their new renovations, that I don't think are actually worth that much. In addition all current residents are being forced to get the renovations, even if they don't like, want, or need the new renovations and on top of that they are completely inflexible down to every… last detail, including timing. If you are okay with management that doesn't care at all about any of your concerns then the apartments are nice, but if you want any certainty that they will care at all about your circumstances and not up-heave your life on a dime to pad their bottom line, stay far away.

One Small Step in the right direction!

A one bedroom apartment never felt so big! The floor plan makes for easy comfortable living, with a deep living room and an open dining room/ kitchen. Let’s not forget the amenities: pool, BBQ areas, rec room, and laundry. Well insulated for noise control, you do not feel like you are living in an apartment complex, yet diverse, friendly, and interesting neighbors are right outside your door. With a store right around the corner, a close bus stop, and well maintained paved trails, you are only… minutes from anywhere you want to be- even beautiful Downtown and Campus. Franklin Park Apartments even lets you live comfortably with the true love of your life – Your Pet! Saying this is a great place to live is no giant leap!
