It’s been ok, felt like staff didn’t really care about problems you had with the apartment. Also super over priced for what we get. I get that it has good location but not worth it for the money.

Good experience, the best place in West Lafayette. The gym, the study room, the bedrooms, everything is so comfortable. The best place to live if you want to study at Purdue, it's close to everything

Overall pretty good. The problem of having residents partying after 12 at their own room have improved. The problems of not having enough hot water or the heater doesn't work properly also have been solved

The building itself is not really good. Elevators are constantly broken and very greedy company. Try to charge you for anything they can as well as increase rent when the building is half full. Gym equipment gets broken. Apartment construction isnt even that good.
