My experience with Rise this semester has been very disappointing. Maintenance requests are often not addressed in a timely manner, and in some cases are marked as “fixed” even though the issue was never actually resolved. Communication with residents is also extremely lacking. For example, there was a flooded stairwell that extended all the way down to the garage where residents cars are parked, yet no communication or updates were provided to residents about the situation. This level of... silence regarding apartment-wide issues is unacceptable. I also reported a serious safety issue with one of the elevators after getting stuck in it twice. Management was informed, yet the problem was still not fixed and the same issue occurred again. This is especially concerning and demonstrates a lack of urgency when it comes to resident safety. Great place to be honest. Do not have any direct complaints other than some incidents where water cuts or wifi can be buggy. otherwise great place

The experience is very good and the amenity is very clean. The gym is really good and the pool is on the roof which is amazing. The staircase is also clean

Really enjoy living here! The only thing that could use improvement is the 16th-floor entertainment room—it needs new pool cues and a bit of freshening up, but otherwise everything about this place is awesome.

good, apart from the ice maker on the fridge not working, and the leasing office not helping us to fix this. Some of the amenities also need to be taken care of better. The printer never has paper/ink, and some of the gym machines need oiling and I often find them unscrewed.
