Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for violations. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. House rule violations can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction.
