How Is This Rating Determined?

Don't move here unless you are OK with cold apartments and outrageous electric bills

Apartments are not energy efficient and we are sitting with our coats on in the apartment. We've tried to contact Boone REMC but they won't really help because they say the complex is not energy efficient and it's the management's problem. I've unplugged everything and the bills are still out of control here. Boone said 2024 avg bills is $350-$432!!!!

Rude

I lived here for a short period of time & the place itself is beautiful. Walls are super thin though. You can hear the upstairs neighbors steps and moving around. Also you can hear the water through the walls. Staff is very nice except for the big back lady, not sure her name but I think she’s the manager of the place. She never greets or says things in a professional manner. Not even sure how she landed the job. Anyways other than that the place is great !

Love my new place!!

I’ve lived in 3 apartments and by far this is the best looking, service
And amenities. It’s absolutely beautiful! Everyone was so accommodating from our first tour to our lease signing! Can’t wait to live here and explore the surrounding areas! Location is close to everything!

Beautiful and stylish !

We just moved to Whitestown from another state. We absolutely love the property! It’s modern, stylish, and cozy. Our apartment is spacious and has a very clean beautiful design. Honestly the entire staff here has gone above and beyond to make us feel at home. I don’t we’ve ever dealt with such caring people as far as property management goes. The entire staff cares so much about their tenants and handles communication and requests in an efficient manner. This means everything to us since it’s... just our little family. Thank you Stephanie, Halli, Nate, and Ergen. We feel right at home and are so excited to watch our E community grow.
