Amazing place to raise my family!

I couldn't have asked for a better home. We feel safe, and welcomed. This complex was answer to our prayers. The management is so wonderful.

Staff is great!

I highly recommend Lansing Heights for anyone looking for a place to call home. The manager was so helpful from the first call I made until the approval process. It made my moving experience a lot easier and being in the military it is really hard to find who takes time to help. I really appreciate everything she did for and my kids. And still to this day she is good. When she sees us she greets us and knows our names. Thank you Mrs Knight for all your help and your efforts in keeping the… community safe, clean and all that you do for our military. And thank you for the events you host for the families, keep an ly kids busy and look forward to them every month.

Great place to live.

Very nice homes. Any repairs that are needed are fixed very quickly, some the same day. I have been here for 9 months and have had no issues. The only thing I don't care for is that all the bathrooms are upstairs.
New landscaping is being done, sidewalks are being repaired, workout equipment is being updated and the staff are very helpful.
Like anywhere, you could have somewhat loud neighbors, but the police do make normal rounds here just to show a presence. It is also walking distance… from Lansing elementary, Exchange Bank, convenience store and a Dr's office.
