After New Management with Marcela and Jordan took over last July The Links at Parkville has become a much better place to live. The staff is very caring and helpful. Along with wonderful staff is the neighborhood and community itself everyone here is super friendly and it's very quiet and safe.

El mantenimiento no sirve, nunca se resuelve hasta q uno mismo tiene q hacerlo, y la administración ni caso t hace

la piscina sigue sin funcionar, sigue verde, las lineas d los parqueos no se ven, los perros hacen y los dueños no lo recogen, el area la basura pocas veces esta limpia, cuando hay nevada no se preocupan por limpiar las calles, cuando tienes un problema solo t dicen q t leyeron, pero a la semana t dicen q ya esta hecho y al otro dia sigue tu problema y t das cuenta d q no hacen nada bien, si no pueden resolver y necesitan d alguien con mas preparacion y dejan esperando sin ayuda, Y NUNCQ TIENEN… PRESUPUESTO PARA NADA (dicen)

This place is not what it says it is

Maintance is terrible and management is even worse. The pool for the last 5 years has been green and that’s when it’s open. This past summer 2024 it was only open for 1 month. The fitness center is out of date and pretty terrible. The dog park is a mess. The playground has no swings and u can find glass all over as well as empty alcohol bottles everywhere. Trash on the common grounds is not taken care of. The appt buildings are out of date on the inside. I am not someone who has been wronged by… this place but u deserve to know what you’re getting into. This place is not at all worth the money they want you to pay.
