Don’t rent here

We have had bugs in our kitchen the entire time living here. Pest control that you pay every month for doesn’t do anything. The cabinets are falling off the walls and bugs will come in because they live in the walls here. We haven’t been able to put dishes in our cabinets in a month now due to all the bugs. The apartment wasn’t cleaned when we moved in. The office never answers the phones. Maintenance won’t come on time. The only way to get a hold of someone from the office is showing up but… they seem to change their hours so now the office is open even less. Do not rent here

Do Not Rent Here

It would be easier to rip off my own toenails than get any response from the management. I moved in two months ago and have yet to receive my mailbox key. Despite multiple inquiries on multiple other issues, I never receive a direct response. Text messages, emails, and phone calls all go unanswered .Also the window to my bedroom has a direct egress violation as the blinds prevent the window from being opened fully. When filing a maintenance request on their app, you can select a time for them to… enter your apartment, but they will enter your apartment at a different time without notifying you ahead of time. For the rent they charge you you would expect higher quality than you actually receive.

Avoid them!!

This complex is completely mismanaged, the office is never open despite having their hours posted multiple places and maintenance doesn’t respond quickly. My unit flooded and molded, maintenance took 3 days to respond and never fixed the issue they just cleaned the water and left the mold for me. Save your money and sanity, don’t live here. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Avoid.

Avoid at all costs. The office is never open during business hours, they never answer the phone, and our average wait time for a basic maintenance issue was around five months. They will keep your security deposit no matter what you do. The pool that they keep advertising? It's small, dirty, and probably they didn't even open it for the summer either. Laundry facility is also dirty and the property lighting is so dim that it does not feel safe to go to. Parking lot is covered in pot holes that… can break your car. Landscaping is done rarely and people never clean up after their pets so do NOT walk through the ankle-deep grass. Staff is rude and unprofessional.

Rude to the people living here

Do NOT move here unless you want to be woken up at 6:30 in the morning on a Saturday by the lawn crew. I live here and this place is terrible!
