I have been a resident for 3 years. I have made countless maintenance requests for this same issue in that time. Each time, I'm told there is nothing wrong with my unit. when trying to contact management, they don't answer the phone. Just recently, I was kicked out of the office after pushing this issue and stating the fact that phone calls, texts, and emails routinely go unanswered. Lease at your own risk.

Unethical Property Management
I submitted a maintenance request nearly 3 months about my A/C being broken. Numerous emails and calls to management, multiple additional maintenance requests later and it is still broken. It is nearly 100° outside and management doesn’t care. They are unethical and the most unprofessional landlords I have ever encountered.

Nice Place
Enjoy living here. Going on 2nd year. Property is kept nice, Apartments are really nice and newer. Maintenance is on it. Enjoy the office girls smiling faces. Keep up the good work cleaning house. We notice.

Very nice place
My wife and I are happy here and just renewed our lease. The office is always cheerful and takes care of any issues we have. Maintenance is great. Waves at us whenever he see's us. Keeps the place I shape. Its is nice and quiet here, which is what we like.

Love my apartment
Just renewed my lease. Staff is really nice and easy to talk to, maintenance gets to my work orders usually that day. It is super close to work. Thank You for the Holiday bells. Very cute.
