The staff here... (Verified Renter)

The staff here are professional yet compassionate. They've gone "above and beyond" for me on more than one occasion. They are able to do this while still making policies clear and easy to follow. Overall, with the exception of some neighbors that seem to have a lot of drama (and those exist everywhere), it is a quiet community. I enjoy living here!

Great Place To Live

Eagle Ridge is by far one of the greatest places to live in Lawrence. If you want reasonable rent, friendly staff, and top of the line maintenance, this is the place to go. Management is always respectful and able to assist with any issue or problem you may encounter; although you probably won't encounter any issue. Pets are welcomed here with a great open area to let them off the leash. All appliances work great, and the heater/AC cools and heats your home in no time. The apartment is great for… a single person or a small family. Bills are very low in cost and the neighbors are great. Great location right behind Hyvee and other shopping businesses. Easy access to campus with bus rout available. Spacious parking so you'll never have to struggle to find place close to your home. Overall great place to live. Would highly recommend living here!

Ok apartment, apathetic management

The apartment is ok, neighbors generally keep to themselves. Bugs were a constant issue, along with old appliances. The major issue was that the management does not really care about you. If you have a difficult situation to work around with regards to moving in or moving out, don't count on them to help.
