Go somewhere else

When we moved into the complex we found that our floor plan had only been vacuumed, and wiped down. There were serious amounts of scratches on the walls. Gash is on the counters and even mold coming out from the bathroom. Parking is a disaster. The trees outside the apartment are berry trees and frequently rained berries onto my car, which stuck and could not be removed even with a car wash. Management is not helpful and is not kind in the slightest.

Management is uncooperative and won't get work orders done.

Maintenance guys are doing their best, but new management is fighting every step. Found out we had a mold issue stemming from foundation. Washer/dryer has been neglected for a month. Noise complaints get nothing done. Promises to tow non-residence have rarely been followed through. And management called me to ask me to remove my review because they said they've never had a bad review. So hard warning on moving here.

Nice apartments

The apartments look nice, and the grounds seem clean. I like that they offer a utility package. The staff, however, does not inspire confidence. The person who gave me my tour couldn't answer questions about the application process or other amenities, and initially gave me the wrong rental rate (for the regular 12 month lease instead of the short term lease I had said I was interested in multiple times). Seems like a nice place with nice terms on the lease, but be thorough when talking to the… staff to make sure you get the full story.
