Disappointed
Calling this place "home" has become a major disappointment, and today was a perfect example of why.
Several residents found themselves locked out of the building—not due to lost fobs, but because the building's own electronic locking system failed. Since this happened after hours, the leasing office was already closed. I contacted emergency maintenance on behalf of the group, only for management to send a building-wide email stating that we are expected to hire our own locksmiths to regain... entry.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be locked out of your own home through no fault of your own, only to be told the solution is coming out of your own pocket.
