Riverview Apartments

Lived here for 12 years, and wish I could get out.
Younger college people are moving in, and it’s fantastic! Loud parties with music blasting and apartment doors slamming…wooohooo! The party starts at midnight Friday and lasts for HOURS!! It’s so awesome, especially when you’re a grown adult like me and have to work on the weekends!! Yay getting no sleep yet having to drag in to work because I need to pay my rent!
My apartment is not one of the remodeled units, yet I’m paying the same as the... upgraded ones. Can’t use my bedroom and have to sleep in the living room because there’s no heat or air conditioning in the bedroom. Under the new management, this has become a great place to live! Management is responsive, the common and individual spaces are being upgraded, and the atmosphere has totally changed for the better!

I've lived here for 4 years. It was not a great place to live, but in January there was a management change and they're doing an incredible job. They respond to maintenance requests quickly. They renovated the interiors, upgraded the hallways. They also drove out the noisy neighbors and it has been great.

Looks like the new management is improving the property well and liking Perla, the new manager.

They finally got new mgmt in Riverview. They are upgrading all the units and interiors on the building and its looking great! I have been happy with the stay here.
