Disappointing 1st Impression
This was a very disappointing self-guided tour. Information was given to access 2 different buildings but not the 1 building I was supposed to visit so was looking for the unit in the heat for 40 mins. Button/s on the building were missing and tried to contact someone by phone to figure out how else to get in. I was told via text to call the office, well the voicemail was full. I continued text and was told an associate was notified and would be calling here soon. Well 20 more mins in the heat... passed and I never received a call but did receive their follow up email the next day for “visiting”. No current residents would help me nor came off friendly at all to just point me in the right direction. I can’t imagine if this is how a potential future resident is treated then how do they treat you when you actually live there?!
