Park Place Apartments

I've lived here for several years and absolutely love it! Not only is it affordable but it's a super convenient location. The staff has always been helpful when I need something and problems are always fixed very quickly.

The hallways always smell like vomit. There’s spiders everywhere. The rooms are dirty. The staff is unhelpful. It’s way overpriced, it may be cheap but it’s definitely not cheap enough for the horrible quality. It’s dangerous, apparently a girl has gone missing recently here. They overcharged me rent and don’t seem to want to help at all. Save your time, find something a bit more expensive and a lot higher quality.

front door is a sliding glass door. spiders. no privacy. horrible management. horrible maintenance guys, with the exception of one. doesnt feel like a home at all. would not recommend

Affordable? Yes. Spiders, loose floor boards, leaky faucets, 40 year old carpet, and falling tile in the bathroom? Also yes. And they'll keep your deposit for unnecessary cleaning charges...rent from anyone else anywhere else and your experience will be a lot more pleasant. The stock photos shown here must be from the one updated unit- the one I spent time in looked like garbage.

Park Place is a great place to rent. Rent is very affordable, and the office and maintenance are great to work with. Maintenance is so fast at getting to your apartment and fixing what is broken. Management in the office is also very easy to talk to, and great to work with. If you are looking for a great place to live I would for sure recommend them. I had a new fridge, new stove and they offered to paint my apartment tan for me. It was a nice place with great pricing.
