Lived there for almost 5 years before things got really bad in the past two years. Management only cares about renting their apartments regardless to whom ! Filled almost 10 complains with all the evidences, pictures, recording, Videos and never done anything about it. Some night had to call police three times just to get some sleep. Kids running around the building at 11pm

First two years went alright. The last couple of months have been terrible. I have had 4 different leaks in the span of a little under two months. Each leak took maintenance 2 to 4 visits before successful repairs were made. Mold was growing on the walls from the leaks and they just sprayed it with KILZ and then painted over. The closet in the master bedroom is on an external wall and there is no insulation. It gets just as cold in the closet as it is outside. Complaints to management… about how long maintenance issues take to resolve fall on deaf ears. They only care about making a dollar and are not willing to break lease early if you have repeated issues with the apartment. Read More
