Not worth it
The only real positive about this apartment complex is that it’s new. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
If you enjoy loud parties, constant noise, and trash piling up in the hallways, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, it’s been a very disappointing experience.
Management often says the right things and gives the impression that they care about residents, but in reality the follow-through just isn’t there. Concerns from existing residents don’t seem to be taken seriously,... and issues that are brought up repeatedly still go unresolved.
For a complex that’s only about a year old, it’s surprising how many problems there are already. There’s a reason the building still struggles to fill units. I personally know multiple people who have broken their leases early just to move somewhere else.
Overall, it looks nice from the outside, but living here has been frustrating and not worth the cost.
