Bonavia Luxury Apartments

I was expecting a new luxury apartment. What I got was a big headache. The apartments are heated by electric heat pumps. Mine has not worked correctly since I moved in on March 1st. Neighbors have told me winter electric bills have been very high. We have also been promised multiple times that the garages would be available soon, but that is not the case. For the high fees just to move in and the rent, I would expect management to make things right, but that has not happened yet.
