Smh

Maintenance here is trash and when they "fix" something it only is fixed for a week max and they gotta come back out. Or don't even come back at all

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

They do not salt or shovel snow or ice they say it's not thier responsibility. The pool is closed over half the summer. Only one is functional not two. U can not decorate for Christmas or any other holiday. You can not barbecue. If your air goes out they do not fix it. They do not fix any issues with any units. The staff in the office is rude and does not care about tenants. For the price you would dish out to this company you could find a very nice apartment where you are cared about… and enjoy your home.

Same Issues I wish they could get no stars

I agree with previous comments. They changed their name and they’re decorating the office and outside the buildings but they're not working on maintenance issue in multiple units. Mold growing in units due to pipes busting, holes in ceilings due to rain. They don’t care they are just money hungry. DONT RENT FROM THEM! I made a mistake from coming here in the first place.

Not only are we doing complete remodels, we have been diligently working on taking care of our residents and their needs. We are excited to have… gotten new roofs on three of our buildings. Our team has focused on having great communication with our residents and it is working; we have received such positive feedback.

New name, same problems

Meadowlark Apartments or Carriage House Apartments, it doesn't matter. Several storage units were broken into in my building's laundry room and have not been taken care of in months. My apartment has new carpet but it's cheap and feels gross. Kitchen and bathroom were a mess. Spend a little more money and go live somewhere nicer.

If you would contact the office, I am sure we could get you taken care of. We love… our residents and are here to assist in whatever way we can. We are working on finding a better solution to storage areas and would welcome any suggestions that you might have. You should also check out our remodeled apartments, everyone loves them :)

Don't move here

Disgusting place and poor maintenance. They don't clean their apartments well when you move in. You will constantly have maintenance issues living here. Place is just toxic don't make the mistake I did... find somewhere else...
