Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests may not disturb their neighbors’ quiet enjoyment and must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. The apartment building is not managed by us, and therefore anything outside of the unit is not maintained by us. Amenities such as the elevator may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors, and refunds will not be issued if any of the amenities are unavailable during your stay.
