There's better out there

Location is great. Heavy theft and car break ins here. "Security"is lazy and will take their time to you. "Gym" is poor. The renovation to the office is nice . Decent appliances in the units. Pool is decent in the summer but can get crowded easily. Parking is a hassle. Apartments being burnt down for one reason or another is an issue. I lived here for almost 2yrs and there was 5 fires. But, the price is ok.

Very friendly place!

Aspen Park apartments was very nice when my wife and I lived there. The price was good, the management was attentive and the maintenance people were friendly and spot on. Wish we would have went there from the beginning. I would have given them a 5 star however due to being called/and a letter sent to me an my wife by M.A.R.S. (their version of collection agency) was not a good move for them as to we paid the full amount due prior to the 30 days given. Was sorted out over the phone even though... it shouldn't have been an issue to begin with.

Nice apartments for the price

Aspen Park apartments in west Wichita are economical, considering most places to live are overpriced in this part of town. There's a swimming pool for the hot summer days and it's right next to the office. If there is a problem in your apartment, they will send someone to fix it right away. The only problems with this property are the potholes in the parking lot and the location makes it hard to turn left onto Central and Tyler, especially during the busy times of the day.
