No laundry There has been no laundry facilities for over a week. I am disabled and without a car. I can’t make it over to Silver Springs laundry as they have suggested. I having been wearing the same garments for days now. Everything I usually wash is dirty. I find the unacceptable!

Tub drain It went great. I honestly thought it was forgotten about because I put the request in about 2 weeks ago. It wasn't an emergency but I'm glad they did get it done.

Air conditioner Everybody was really nice I just don't think that the problem was resolved because I had to fight the AC to turn it on again today. It's usually 10 to 15° warmer in the apartment than with the AC is set to. I have to keep fiddling with the thermostat to finally get it to kick on. I imagine it could be possible the thermostat is bad. However it is brand new. Not unheard of.
