Great place

We toured and Ty was so patient with us! I had a lot of questions and he answered them all while showing us multiple floor plans to make sure we were making the right choice! We love it and can’t wait to move!

Great tour!

Met with Ty, came in unannounced & unplanned. He was able to take me straight to a unit to tour. Good dude, answered all my questions and was respectful throughout the process.

Don’t recommend.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. We had no problems living in the Berkshire Apartments and Townhomes until it came to breaking our lease due to a job change. We knew of the money we’d have to spend in order to break the lease but when we asked if we could have somebody take over our lease in the beginning of July, the leasing office said yes that’s fine. I even called twice to confirm it. Well two weeks later we get an email saying actually no you can’t. So we had to pay the money for… breaking the lease on top of half months rent because THE LEASING OFFICE misinformed US. If we had known somebody couldn’t have taken over our lease we would’ve put in the 30 day notice when we called regarding it. When we tried to call the regional manager, she basically said if we didn’t have the money then we shouldn’t have even moved in and that we should’ve read our lease. So nice! You also get charged additional fees for when you move out that aren’t directly addressed in the lease. $75 for a carpet cleaning that already had stains on it when we moved in. Go somewhere else to save your money and time dealing with management because who knows what they're gonna tell you.

Bad overall

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in, I’ve been Eastside, north end, west side, south side, and the quality of their apartment matches with planeview homes. Old & beat down, they never fix problems or issues unless you call repeated times a month.

AMAZING Community!

I love living here at Berkshire. The managers are so friendly and the maintenance guys rock! The neighborhood is super safe and all my neighbors are really nice.
