Overall, our best option

For us, any problem we’ve had in the apartment or any complaint has almost always been answered very quickly. Not to mention that management has been working diligently to improve every part of the complex and does a great job at it in my opinion. However the thing that sets them apart from other apartments is the amount of kindness they always have regardless of what day it is. Today, the day that I’m writing this review, I came back to my apartment to find two very nice ladies standing at the... gate offering breakfast burritos to anyone who wanted one. This ABSOLUTELY made my day. Not because the burritos were good but because their attitudes were awesome!

I love the lake and being able to fish. The office people are nice and maintenance is on top of everything. I love it here!

Great place

I just recently moved to Wichita and so far I absolutely love it at this apartment complex. The apartments are extremely nice and the environment is awesome. The staff here are so kind and helpful and always on top of things, and the maintenance is also very very good and quick to get things fixed. This place even has a lake on it, how can you get better than that? There is also a gate here securing the property so safety isn’t a worry one bit. Overall I’d genuinely recommend this to anyone... looking for a move. It’s a great home!
