Good Place To Live

The apartments themselves are a little bit out dated, but the location and staff make up for that. You can not find a better location, between the grocery store options, food and entertainment. The staff is friendly, and accommodating, and maintenance responds so quickly. All around good place to live.

Deteriorating apartments and very slow maintenance team.

For the first few months it was good, but it's obvious that the buildings are starting to break down, if you have problems with upstairs sounds, do not move here. We even moved apartments to a "newer" apartment, but it's even worse, and they gave us an apartment with so much stuff broken or ill fitting it's ridiculous

Great Property

I lived at this property for the last 2 years and had a great experience. The people in the leasing office were always friendly and accommodating, the grounds are well maintained, and it's in a great location with easy access to K96. I didn't have any maintenance issues in the time I was there, either. Highly recommend!
