Great place

I just recently moved to Wichita and so far I absolutely love it at this apartment complex. The apartments are extremely nice and the environment is awesome. The staff here are so kind and helpful and always on top of things, and the maintenance is also very very good and quick to get things fixed. This place even has a lake on it, how can you get better than that? There is also a gate here securing the property so safety isn’t a worry one bit. Overall I’d genuinely recommend this to anyone... looking for a move. It’s a great home!

Great place

You can tell they’re trying to make improvements and the office staff is super nice. I love my place and my neighbors are friendly

Roaches

Maintenance is good, but always dealt with pest. Management also sucks and has no idea what they’re doing.

We conduct quarterly pest control treatment of each home, and if pests are reported, we... follow up with treatments every two weeks until the concern is mitigated. Great great place to live

This is a great place to live! Every time I ask or need any maintenance, it’s fixed very quickly. My little apartment is clean and cozy from day one! Also, the office staff are always available and ready to help with anything I need. I am very glad I have chosen this apartment complex over any others. 10/10 recommend.
