Huge apartments!!

Affordable, Beautiful apartments, spacious, wonderful neighborhood, peaceful neighbors, conveniently close to parks, shopping centers and highways US-54 and I-35.

A place to call home!

Overall Management is amazing! Not only that but it’s conveniently located near the highway which gives you a short commute to anywhere in the city! As well as having Boston Recreation Center and Park across the street! The property is clean and a safe for children. Maintenance is taken very seriously and is handled quickly when needed.

Awesome place

The property is well taken care of. Townhomes are spacious and updated. The maintenance team communicates very well and fix issues in a timely manner! Management is one of the best I’ve ever came across! I highly recommend this property

Wonderful Management!

Park East Townhomes is a wonderful place to live. The neighborhood is peaceful and well-kept, and the management team does an excellent job maintaining the property and assisting residents. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the homes themselves are spacious, modern, and comfortable. The location is convenient, and the community feels safe and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Park East Townhomes to anyone looking for quality living and great service.

A home like feeling

If you are looking for a home and not just another apartment to live in. The Park East Towne Home is particularly what you need. I have been a resident at Park East Towne Homes since September 2022. I have all smiles when it comes to the property management they have a great team that works together on the upkeep of the property. I love the space in my home. There is 1698sq feet in the apartment 2bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom. I was sold with the full utility room, enough room for storage… plus washer and dryer hook up. We are located across from Boston Recreation Center and central location close to the malls and grocery store. Stop by from a viewing and check out the amenities you will find what you are looking for in home.
