I have lived at ponderosa apartments for a little while now and I love it! My apartment is beautiful. Allison and Troy are amazing and they definitely went above and beyond to ensure I liked my apartment.

I love that my pup can play and have room too. The maintenance people are amazing and know everything.

This place is the best! I love that the manager is responsive to emails and text messages. She’s friendly and answers all your questions!

I've enjoyed my stay so far.

Moved in at the end of December 2023. I like it. I have quiet neighbors. Always cleaned and picked up. Rent is reasonable, considering the increase in prices. I think it's fair.

Management has been personable and fair. So far, I've enjoyed staying there.

Lies

I live here and this place is a mess. They close work orders without completing them, the toilets have backed up multiple times and never worked. Nothing is great about this apartment complex please run as far away from it as you can.
