Leak/Disposal Had a leak under the sink maintenance came out very promptly access the issue got me a new disposal installed very quickly. Also light switch broke & was able to fix that at the same time. Still have a dishwasher issue to solve though.

The extra mile!!! So many things, I'm having major surgery within the next few months so I needed a first floor apartment with easy access. The staff worked diligently to find an apartment that would meet my needs and did so. We had some technical issues on the computer with the application and everybody in the office assisted until we got it done great job really appreciate the staff.

I have lived at Raintree apartments for almost 2 years and I have always had a positive experience. The staff is nice and very accommodating to all of your needs. If I ever have an issue that I need to call maintenance for, it is handled quickly and efficiently.

Stay away from Raintree apartments! We didn't get sleep for three months due to the other rude tennant's (dogs barking and people bouncing balls at 4am in the morning), also they didn't clean the apartment before we moved in. Someone smoked in the apartment so the whole three months we smelled like cigarettes! The floor and walls wreaked of cigarette smoke so the studio was not cleaned before hand. Raintree will also RIP you off during they're so called inspection when you move out. We didn't... use the oven in our studio until about 1.5 months into our lease and found out the ex tennant had scorched/caked burnt food at the bottom of the oven. We virtually couldn't use the oven due to it would set off the alarm every time. This should have been seen by the outgoing previous inspection for the previous tennant. Instead we got charged for their mistake. We moved because of the loud tennants and lack of cleaning/maintenance. Read More
