Phenomenal for WSU Students

Seventeenth offers useful amenities which are particularly useful for students attending WSU - such as included Wi-Fi, a gym, study area, washers/dryers in each apartment, all on top of the fact that it makes campus walkable. Being a resident for a few years, not having to worry about traffic, car troubles, and parking save a lot of time and stress for me, and makes the commute to school very consistent. Having done both driving to school everyday and walking everyday, walking is much more... preferable to me.
