How Is This Rating Determined?

Building is great, management is horrendous

As the title says, the building and amenities are incredible. The pool is wonderful, the outdoor deck is amazing (aside from a broken tv which hasn’t been fixed for 6+ months), and the gym is wonderful.

That being said, the management is horrible. Any issue will take at least 2 weeks to resolve. Communication is lacking, and they care more about their instagram than the actual residents.

The pool would be leased out for private events commonly, without notice, and these events would blast... music that could he heard throughout the building, occurring all weekend.
