If I could give this place zero stars, I would
This has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating living experiences I’ve ever had. Management shows you a “model” unit that looks clean and well-maintained, but once you sign the lease and move in, you are given something completely different, and in far worse condition.
The units are poorly maintained and falling apart. Basic repairs are constantly needed, yet nothing actually gets fixed. You submit maintenance requests through their system, and they get marked as “completed”... without anyone ever showing up or resolving the issue.
The property itself is in terrible condition. There is trash left around the complex, and the exterior is clearly neglected. Even worse, there are serious hygiene concerns, including rats on the property, which makes living here extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable.
There seems to be a complete lack of accountability from management. Communication is poor, maintenance is ignored, and residents are left dealing with ongoing issues that should never be happening in the first place.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere before signing a lease here. What you are shown is not what you will get.
