ROACHES!

If you like bugs in your place, this is for you! Crusty dusty apartments and “amenities”. I was harassed by a maintenance man for MONTHS when I lived here and nothing was done. I mean.. this guy was leaving handwritten notes on my car type of harassment. They’ll also keep your deposit and try to tack on extra fees when you leave. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

They don’t care

Negative star review! I was emailing back and forth about getting an apartment. Emails were not professional. One sentences and rude. They keep asking when am I wanting to move in. Told them 3 times. Once they got my $50, they stopped emailing me. I then told them I want to withdrawal and still no reply. No sorry, what can we do, or anything.

Very bad like trash

Very bad service and unhelpful stuff, they treated customers as trash.

Horrific experience - One I won't soon forget!

3 years Tenancy -- Maintenance requests - Arbitrarily marked as "completed".
Office - Management is unorganized, untruthful, unfriendly, confrontational. Swimming pools & grounds - either closed for issues or simply disgusting -- broken, jagged, rusted furniture. Jacuzzi has not worked in 3+ years - yet is still advertised as an amenity. Don't let the advertising photos fool you! Went 65 days without AC. Don't ever need to call on the "Courtesy Associates" SECURITY PATROL -- never answers,… must leave a voice mail, no call backs. Might as well call 911 instead.

Place is trash

The place seems nice but we've been here over 2 years bed bugs won't go away. They never attempt to fix the roaches or anything in the apartment. In the grass all along our walkway is full of nothing but dog poop.
