Horrible management/ with units not kept up

Had mold in the walls/vents and windows. Leaking pipes they would fix with rags and duct tape then laugh about it. The manager with glasses has no idea what he’s doing. Very poor experience.

Was my first apartment

I never left a review, it's been 3 years but it was fantastic living here. Maintenance was prompt with any issues I had. Very affordable, parking was good and I loved the location. I really have no complaints honestly. I did have a leaking ceiling vent and dishwasher issues but they were quickly addressed. Other than that no other problems.

New Management is good

This place really turned around with the new managers. The maintenance people aren’t very friendly. Over all this is a nice place to live and seems to be improving on the reg.

Lived here for a year love new management

Old management was terrible but the new management was SO understanding when my daughter was born .. Jeff was very patient and the maintenance was always fast as well when we had an issue. Love the town-home as well, really recommend!

Wonderful Maintenance and Wonderful Staff

Conquistador has great maintenance and management staff. They are very responsive and kind. When I have work needed in my apartment it is done quickly and my apartment is left clean. I like how close my location is to shopping and dining here. I would recommend Conquistador to anyone looking for a well priced large apartment.
