we've lived here NOT EVEN TWO MONTHS and in this time we've had alot of issues NOISE IN THE PARKING LOT AT 4 AM A GROUP OF MEN THE FRONT OFFICE WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT!!! Woodlawn Park Apartments is full of value. This community is quiet and everyone, both staff and neighbors are friendly. I feel safe and love the updated apartment at such a great value. Definitely feel at home.

I moved in shortly after the new managers took over in 2012 and I stayed the entire year. I was skeptical at first, but I was amazed at the transformation. New exterior paint, landscape, parking lot stripes, and lighting goes a long way. They completely remodeled the units and they look great! Any problem I encountered with the unit the maintenance staff attended to it and fixed it in less than 24 hours. The office staff was always attentive to my needs.
