I’ve been a resident at Brookstone Crossing Apartments for nearly three years, and my experience has been consistently positive. Having lived in multiple units, I can confidently say each one has been comfortable, well-designed, and well maintained.

The staff truly makes this community stand out. Brianna, Eric, and TJ in the leasing office are always friendly, professional, and willing to help. Whenever issues arise, the team responds quickly and genuinely cares about residents, creating an... environment where people feel supported and valued.

The maintenance team is equally impressive. Requests are often handled the same day or by the next, and the staff is dependable, courteous, and knowledgeable. I’ve even had a maintenance team member carry a 100+ lb. package to my top-floor apartment without being asked, which speaks volumes about the level of care here.

The community itself is welcoming and peaceful. Neighbors are respectful, and I’ve never had problems with excessive noise or disruptions. The location is also very convenient, close to shopping, dining, and major roads while still feeling quiet and tucked away. I especially appreciate the beautifully maintained landscaping and the pink trees that bloom throughout the property each spring.

Since RAM purchased the property, there have been clear improvements throughout the community. The grounds look more polished, communication has improved, and management feels more organized and responsive. Upgrades such as refreshed landscaping, parking lot repairs, sidewalk improvements, added speed bumps, and refinished shared spaces show a real investment in the property. Preventative maintenance is also a priority, with routine upkeep consistently handled in a timely and professional manner.

Another great addition has been the focus on community engagement. Monthly event calendars and resident activities help bring neighbors together and create a stronger sense of connection.

I haven't gotten a chance to live in the community yet however, from my experience so far I am very pleased. The staff reached out right away when I inquired about moving in, they have been quick with getting everything updated to get my application in for review and have stayed in contact with me through the entire process letting me know what the next steps are. I don't think I have ever had a better experience with applying and communicating so easily with any of the prior apartment... communities I've lived. I hope I get to call brookstone my new home for my family we are all so eagerly waiting to hear back! I want to thank you all for being so kind to me and handling everything so professionally.

PACKAGES CAN EASILY BE STOLEN!! I've been living here for a little over a year now and our packages that got placed in the clubhouse used to get locked up after the employees leave but they recently installed a new mail room that is always locked and you use an app to see when ur packages arrive and you can only open the door if you have a package using the app. but, the app has a feature that lets you just open the door whenever completely foregoing the entire locking system so basically all of... our packages are in a completely unlocked door. I've talked to other tenets who have had their packages stolen and I have had mine too. Before writing this I tried to contact the office to let them know but I could never get through to them and I actually talked to one of the friends of the employees and they said they've known about this problem for months. so not only can other tenets easily steal your packages the staff just don't seem to care about fixing the issue either.
