Would give zero stars if possible. I have wasted my time twice going to visit this place. Each time an appointment was set and the property manager wasn’t there. Each time waited 15 minutes past our scheduled appointment time and no one came. Insanely unprofessional. Supposedly this is common. Didn’t know they also own/ manage oaks of Newport who I have called repeatedly and never heard back from. It makes sense. Take away if possible as to not waste your time

I never lived here but my fiancé and I booked a tour for the apartments. They take their last tour at 4pm and they weren’t flexible with my schedule. I ended up leaving work early to tour a potential future home. We arrived early, but no one was in the office. We had two numbers and neither answered us. We had two different tenants walk past us during our 30 minute wait and they told us their opinions and stories of this place. Both tenants said the management is never in the office, hardly... answers their phone, and doesn’t fulfill any maintenance requests. I moved here recently because I needed a place quickly and sadly I brushed off the bad reviews. From the pictures it really doesn’t look bad. It looks like they did “renovations” but it’s just new paint and cheap vinyl flooring. Way too expensive for what it is. Lipstick on a pig! Doesn’t change the fact I’ve had cockroaches in my apartment. Or a ceiling that sags probably because of mold. Or how the hallways always smell of pot and cigarettes and dog pee. Just gross. I also don’t feel safe... walking alone as a woman in the parking lot at night. There are people that just sit in their cars and it feels like they’re watching me. I’ve also seen police here potentially arresting someone. I was trying to just get inside so not sure what was happening but still unsettling. Can’t wait for my lease to be up. Read More
